Stags go marching on.

⚽ 2025/26 Season Update –

A Huge Finish Ahead for Stoke Mandeville FC

The 2025/26 season is building towards an exciting climax for Stoke Mandeville Football Club, with silverware still firmly in sight across multiple age groups and both senior sides competing at the very top of their divisions.

? First Team – Strong in the Premiership

Our First Team have enjoyed another outstanding campaign in the Aylesbury & District League Premiership. With just one league game remaining, they have already guaranteed a top-three finish a fantastic achievement in such a competitive division we have won back to back.

But the season is far from over.

The squad remain alive in three separate cup competitions, defending two trophies giving the boys multiple opportunities to add silverware before the campaign closes.

With confidence high and momentum building at the right time, the First Team are determined to turn an already impressive league performance into a trophy-winning season.

? Senior Reserves – Title Race Drama

The Senior Reserves are right in the thick of an intense Division One title race. Currently sitting just two points behind the league leaders with a game in hand, the destiny of the championship is very much in their own hands.

It’s been a season defined by resilience and consistency, and the group now face a thrilling run-in as they push for top spot.

The Reserves have also powered their way into the semi-finals of the Berks & Bucks Junior County Cup, with the draw eagerly awaited. A County Cup final would be a tremendous achievement and another sign of the squad’s growth who came so close in two cup finals last season.

Remarkably, the team still have the opportunity to lift five trophies this season, a testament to the depth, commitment and winning mentality running throughout the senior section.

? Youth Section – A Bright and Competitive Future

The future of the club continues to shine just as brightly.

Under-14s

Both Under-14 squads are making excellent progress:
• Under-14 Blues are adapting superbly to the demands of their new league and continue to develop week by week against strong opposition.
• Under-14 Greys are working tirelessly and have put themselves in position for a potentially exciting cup run as the business end of the season approaches.

The dedication and development across both squads highlight the strength of coaching and player commitment within the age group.

Under-13s – Leading the Way

It’s a remarkable story at Under-13 level this season.

All three Under-13 Stags teams currently sit top of their respective divisions an incredible achievement that reflects consistency, teamwork and competitive hunger across the entire age group.

The U13 Blues also have the chance at a double this season with the Cup run progressing this weekend in round 5!

Adding to that success, our Under-13 Girls are also competing at the top end of their league, demonstrating the rapid growth and quality within the girls’ section. The U12 girls have a county cup semi final on their hands this weekend we wish them the best of luck.

? A Club Moving Forward

From senior title races and county cup semi-finals to youth teams setting the pace in their divisions, the 2025/26 season is shaping up to be one of the most competitive and exciting in the club’s history.

With trophies still to play for, league titles within reach, and young players thriving across multiple age groups, the future looks exceptionally bright for Stoke Mandeville Football Club.

The hard work continues and the best may yet be to come. Where the club sits in competitive football is no coincidence, yes it’s not all about winning but the success proves the model within the juniors is working.

Let’s push on, see this season out as we enter the next chapter of our incredible journey as a rebrand and a new home.

Come on you Stags !!
